Dave Russell

Dave Russell was born in Fulham but grew up in slough

He moved premises a few times and this is reflected in the decals, where it can be possible to identify which shop a particular frame was built at.

Dave used the emblem of a Swan for his head badge and this was also pantographed into the seat stays on some frames. The use of the Swan is due to his first shop location being located in the county of Bucks which used the emblem of a swan.

Dave was a highly respected frame builder in the 70's & 80's, he predominantly built bikes to order including peculiar specials, he also built off the peg frames. Building in excess of 3000 frames over the coming 30 years.
