Frame and forks built 74 degrees parallel in Reynolds 753 tubing with modified head lugs, Philbrook own drop-outs with brass facets, concave top eyes and webbed chain stay bridge.
Equipped with black Cinelli 1R stem and type 65 bars, Turbo lite on twin bolt Campagnolo Record seat post, Gipemme Crono sport/Crono sprint brakeset, Campagnolo 1st generation Super Record mechs, Everest 6 speed block, Regina Oro chain, Campagnolo Record crankset 52/42 chainrings, blue anodised Ofmega outer ring, Campagnolo Super Record Pista pedals, Nisi anodised sprints rims on Campag s/f Record hubs, Campag Super Record headset.
This was Bill Philbrook’s first frame in Reynolds 753 tubing. Other than the tight wheel base and steep angles, road bikes of this period differed little from those a decade earlier.
