Built with Reynolds 531 butted frame with shot-in stays by Vic Edwards and very similar to the one Alf Engers rode and broke the 25 mile TT record twice in 1969.
The bike is equipped with Ambrosio stem with Fiamme bars, Universal Super 68 brakeset, Unicanitor saddle on Campagnolo twin bolt seat pin, 5 speed Campag Nuovo Record gears with single barcon control, LF Campag Record hubs on special lightweight Super Champion sprint rims with alloy skewers.
Vic Edwards built Alan Shorter frames from around 1965 until the mid 70s.
